Overview

This Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription plans offered by VT MARKETING AI GROWTH SRL, trading as RESYNC, an educational platform focused on relationships, through the website tryresync.com. By purchasing a subscription to RESYNC, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

RESYNC offers three (3) subscription plans. All plans provide identical access to the full RESYNC program, including multiple educational videos, tasks, quizzes, and downloadable PDF resources. Each plan begins with a discounted Trial Period, after which it converts automatically into a recurring subscription at the standard rate for that plan's billing cycle.

1-Week Trial Plan: $6.99 USD for a 7-day Trial Period, then $45.99 USD billed every 4 weeks (described at checkout as billing "every 1 month").

4-Week Trial Plan: $19.99 USD for a 28-day Trial Period, then $45.99 USD billed every 4 weeks (described at checkout as billing "every 1 month").

8-Week Trial Plan: $34.99 USD for a 56-day Trial Period, then $81.99 USD billed every 8 weeks (described at checkout as billing "every 2 months").

Current pricing is displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the Trial Period terms and recurring pricing applicable to your chosen plan, as shown in the disclosure displayed at checkout (see Section 2.2 below).

1.1 Recovery Offers

From time to time, the Company may offer any of the plans above to a prospective or lapsed member at a reduced Trial Period price, through a cart-recovery or win-back email or similar targeted communication ("Recovery Offer"). As of the Effective Date, the Company's standard Recovery Offers are:

1-Week Trial Plan (Recovery Offer): $1.99 USD for a 7-day Trial Period, then $45.99 USD every 4 weeks.

4-Week Trial Plan (Recovery Offer): $4.99 USD for a 28-day Trial Period, then $45.99 USD every 4 weeks.

8-Week Trial Plan (Recovery Offer): $8.99 USD for a 56-day Trial Period, then $81.99 USD every 8 weeks.

Other than the Trial Period price, a Recovery Offer is governed by the same terms, Trial Period length, recurring rate, and conditions as the corresponding plan above, including this Policy in full. The Company reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue Recovery Offers at any time.

2. Trial Period and Automatic Renewal

2.1 Trial Charge

The amount shown in Section 1 for your chosen plan (or Recovery Offer, if applicable) is charged immediately at checkout and grants you access for the stated Trial Period.

2.2 Checkout Disclosure

Before completing your purchase, the checkout page displays a disclosure specific to the plan you are purchasing, substantially as follows:

For the 1-Week Trial Plan:
"By clicking 'Get My Plan' you agree to enroll in a monthly subscription to https://tryresync.com/ service. The 1-week trial costs $6.99. If you don't cancel during your 1-week trial, your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel and you will be billed $45.99 every 1 month. Payments will be charged from the card you specified here. You can cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support team via email at support@tryresync.com. Subscription Policy."

For the 4-Week Trial Plan:
"By clicking 'Get My Plan' you agree to enroll in a monthly subscription to https://tryresync.com/ service. The 1-month trial costs $19.99. If you don't cancel during your 1-month trial, your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel and you will be billed $45.99 every 1 month. Payments will be charged from the card you specified here. You can cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support team via email at support@tryresync.com. Subscription Policy."

For the 8-Week Trial Plan:
"By clicking 'Get My Plan' you agree to enroll in a monthly subscription to https://tryresync.com/ service. The 2-months trial costs $34.99. If you don't cancel during your 2-months trial, your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel and you will be billed $81.99 every 2 months. Payments will be charged from the card you specified here. You can cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support team via email at support@tryresync.com. Subscription Policy."

This disclosure, as actually presented to you at checkout, controls over any general description in this Policy in the event of a conflict as to the specific price, Trial Period length, or billing cadence applicable to your purchase.

2.3 Automatic Conversion to Recurring Billing

Unless you cancel before your Trial Period ends, your payment method will automatically be charged the recurring rate stated in Section 1 for your plan on the date your Trial Period ends (counted as the exact number of calendar days from your purchase date stated in Section 1), and your subscription will continue to renew automatically at that rate at the end of each subsequent billing cycle (every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks, depending on your plan), unless you cancel.

2.4 No Separate Reminder

We will not send a separate reminder before your Trial Period ends or before each automatic renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the relevant date if you do not wish to be charged.

3. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase, upon confirmation of your order. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal).

By completing a purchase, you authorize VT MARKETING AI GROWTH SRL to charge the applicable Trial Period fee immediately, and thereafter the applicable recurring subscription fee to your selected payment method at the start of each billing period, until your subscription is cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds to cover the subscription fee at the time of each renewal. In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service until the outstanding amount is resolved.

We do not store your full credit card details. All payment data is handled directly by our payment processors in accordance with applicable security standards (PCI-DSS).

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing our support team at support@tryresync.com from the email address registered at checkout, with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. As of the Effective Date, email is the only method by which a subscription may be cancelled.

We will respond to your cancellation request within a maximum of twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and will process the cancellation upon confirming your request.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period following your cancellation request. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation is confirmed. If your cancellation request is received before your next scheduled charge but is processed by us, due to our response time, after that charge has already been billed, we will refund that charge in full upon processing your cancellation.

Your cancellation is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email from our support team. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid for the current billing period, except as described above or in Section 5 (Refunds) below.

5. Refunds & The 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee

We stand behind the effectiveness of the RESYNC program. Because our platform provides immediate access to proprietary digital video content and exercises upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to balance buyer assurance with protection against digital content exploitation.

5.1 The 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee

We offer a conditional 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee on your initial purchase (the Trial Period fee, plus any recurring charge billed within the Guarantee Period), regardless of which plan or Recovery Offer you purchased. This is an action-based guarantee meant for members who are committed to going through the material. 5.1A The 90-Day Intimacy Protocol Guarantee (Separate Add-On Product)

The 90-Day Intimacy Protocol is a one-time purchase add-on, separate from your RESYNC subscription. It is not itself a subscription and will not renew or charge you again. It is covered by its own guarantee, distinct from Section 5.1 above, as set out in the 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee document.

5.1B The 30 Day Intimacy Program Guarantee (Separate Add-On Product)

The 30 Day Intimacy Program is a separate, smaller add-on, distinct from The 90-Day Intimacy Protocol described above. It is also a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and will not renew or charge you again. It is covered by its own guarantee, as set out in the 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee document.

5.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Except as required by law or as covered under our 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee, all amounts paid — including Trial Period fees and recurring charges, under any plan or Recovery Offer — made across our websites and platform environments, including tryresync.com, tryresync.me, and course.tryresync.com, are non-refundable.

Specifically, refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind or Expectation Mismatch: Requesting a refund simply because you changed your mind, "thought it was something else," or failed to read the program description prior to purchase once digital content has been accessed.
• Missed Cancellation Window: The Trial Period fee or any recurring charge is non-refundable if you fail to cancel before the Trial Period ends or before the next renewal date, respectively, except as provided in Section 4 above.
• Lack of Personal Implementation: Requesting a refund without having completed the modules described in our 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee.
• Terms Violations: Any account found to be in violation of our Terms of Use or engaged in fraudulent activity, content scraping, or chargeback abuse.

5.3 Notice for Residents of Certain US States

If you reside in California and cancelled the Terms, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following your registration on the Website, we will return, within ten days of the date on which you give notice of cancellation, any payments you have made.

5.4 Notice for EU Residents

By completing your purchase on tryresync.com, tryresync.me, or course.tryresync.com, you explicitly request immediate performance of the Terms of Use and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal from the Terms of Use once digital content delivery has commenced. If you cancel within 14 calendar days from registration without accessing or completing the service, you are entitled to a proportionate refund for unspent/unaccessed portions only in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

6. Changes to Subscription Fees

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any such pricing changes by:

• Posting the new prices on tryresync.com and/or through the Service.
• Sending you an email notification to the address associated with your account.
• Or by other prominent means of communication.

If you do not wish to be charged the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

7. Access After Cancellation or Non-Renewal

Upon cancellation or non-renewal of your subscription, your access to the RESYNC program will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. After that date, access to the Platform will be revoked.

Any downloadable materials you have already accessed during your active subscription period remain yours to keep after cancellation. However, you will no longer be able to access video lessons or any other content hosted on the Platform.

Re-subscribing after cancellation may be subject to the pricing in effect at the time of re-subscription, which may differ from your original subscription price.
