Overview

This Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription plans offered by VT Marketing AI Growth SRL, trading as RESYNC, through the website tryresync.com. By purchasing a subscription to the RESYNC coaching program, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Please save or screenshot this Policy for your own records. This may help you manage and track your subscription.

1. Subscription Plans

RESYNC offers three (3) subscription plans. All plans provide identical access to the full RESYNC coaching program, including all 9 Classrooms, 38 video lessons, 38 PDF companion worksheets, and 3 bonus materials. The only difference between plans is the billing frequency.

Starter Plan. Billed every four (4) weeks at the rate displayed at checkout. This is the most flexible option, ideal for users who wish to commit on a shorter cycle.

Plus Plan. Billed every twelve (12) weeks at the rate displayed at checkout. Offers a reduced effective monthly rate compared to the Starter Plan.

Elite Plan. Billed every twenty-four (24) weeks at the rate displayed at checkout. Offers the lowest effective monthly rate and provides the longest uninterrupted access period.

Current pricing for all plans is displayed on the pricing page at tryresync.com and at checkout. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the pricing applicable to your chosen plan.

2. Discounted Introductory Pricing

From time to time, RESYNC may offer discounted introductory pricing for the first billing period of a new subscription. Where such an offer is made, the discounted price and the full price that will apply from the second billing period onward will be clearly displayed on the pricing page before checkout.

If a discounted introductory offer is available at the time of your purchase, this will be explicitly stated on the price screen before you confirm your order. If no introductory offer is stated, you will be purchasing the subscription at the standard price without a discounted first period.

By completing your purchase at a discounted introductory rate, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the full, non-discounted rate from the second billing period onward, unless you cancel prior to the end of the first billing period.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or 24 weeks, depending on the plan you selected) until you cancel.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current billing period. Cancellation after a billing period has begun will not entitle you to a refund for that period.

We will not send a separate reminder before each automatic renewal. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

4. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase, upon confirmation of your order. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors (Whop and Stripe).

By completing a purchase, you authorize VT Marketing AI Growth SRL to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period, until your subscription is cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds to cover the subscription fee at the time of each renewal. In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service until the outstanding amount is resolved.

We do not store your full credit card details. All payment data is handled directly by our payment processors in accordance with applicable security standards (PCI-DSS).

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@tryresync.com. To process your cancellation, please email us from the email address registered at checkout and include "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period following your cancellation request. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation is confirmed.

Your cancellation is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email from our support team. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid for the current billing period. Please refer to Section 6 (Refunds) for our full refund policy.

6. Refunds

We may provide refunds at our full discretion and in accordance with the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee available on our website.

Generally, if you do not meet the conditions set out in the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, purchases made via our website are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law. If you cancel your Subscription in the middle of the Subscription period you will not receive a refund of any portion of the Subscription fee paid for the then current Subscription period at the time of cancellation.

In any case, we have a right to refuse providing you any kind of refund if you have violated any provisions of the Terms.

6.1 Notice for Residents of Certain US States

If you reside in California and canceled the Terms, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following your registration on the Website, we will return, within ten days of the date on which you give notice of cancellation, any payments you have made.

6.2 Notice for EU Residents

You hereby request immediate performance of the Terms of Use and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the Terms of Use once they are fully performed. Therefore, if you cancel the Terms of Use for any reason and without justification within 14 calendar days from the date of your registration on the Website, you are entitled to the proportionate refund (i.e., for unspent credits only).

7. Changes to Subscription Fees

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any such pricing changes by:

• Posting the new prices on tryresync.com and/or through the Service.
• Sending you an email notification to the address associated with your account.
• Or by other prominent means of communication.

If you do not wish to be charged the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

8. Access After Cancellation or Non-Renewal

Upon cancellation or non-renewal of your subscription, your access to the RESYNC coaching program will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. After that date, access to the Platform will be revoked.

Any PDF worksheets or bonus materials you have already downloaded during your active subscription period remain yours to keep after cancellation. However, you will no longer be able to access video lessons or any other content hosted on the Platform.

Re-subscribing after cancellation may be subject to the pricing in effect at the time of re-subscription, which may differ from your original subscription price.
